Stylus Not Working
The eBeam stylus uses a combination of infarad and ultrasonic technology to communicate with the eBeam pod. If your stylus is not working here are a few things to try: Depress the tip - does it buzz? Replace the AA battery Try another stylus if one is available to you Don't forget to calibrate!

Projector distance with eBeam
The projector distance from the whiteboard does not matter as long as the projected area is within a 100" diagonal area. You can always project a larger area then this however the eBeam will not respond to input beyond the 100" area.
