Issue: Cannot re-establish a Bluetooth connection after restarting the eBeam

Solution:
95% of PC systems using an external bluetooth dongle such as the ioGear work best with the originally specified setup config. Due to the way the Optiplex motherboard handles usb and the Bluetooth stack on these particular systems the setup configuration needed to be a little different to ensure a reliable connection. Here are the differences:

- In options/system preferences: Ensure auto detect is on
- Under options/system preferences/Bluetooth settings: check require authentication (passkey = 1234)
- Re-add the eBeam in the Bluetooth Devices panel: be sure to select "use own passkey"

If eBeam still does not consistently connect you can look at the eBeam devices properties in Bluetooth Devices and determine the com port being used. Then go to eBeam options/system preferences and set the connection method to that specific ourgoing com port. (Usually port 4 to 11)

Note: We recommend connecting the iogear to the back of the system directly on the motherboard and not in the front jumper slots or the LCD side ports.
