A 'Search Again' window on your Mac while trying to start eBeam Interact is usually due to a problem with the eBeam device connection that facilitates communication between the eBeam hardware and software. To resolve this problem do the following:
Go to ‘Applications’ - drop the eBeam Interact folder and eBeam Capture icon into the trash
Go to your HD root -> Library -> Caches
Do a search for ‘luidia’ and ‘ebeam’ – trash anything found
Go to your HD root -> Library -> Preferences
Do
a search for ‘luidia’ and ‘ebeam’ – trash anything found (there should
be multiple files found) Example =
com.luidia.ebeam.XXXXXX.plist
